Returns and Exchanges
As a general rule we are unable to accept product returns should you change your mind after purchase. However, should the product delivered not match that which has been ordered, or if it arrives in a damaged or useable state, please contact us within 7 days of receipt and we will happily exchange the product for you.
Should the replacement product be temporarily out of stock at our warehouse, there may be a minor delay in the arrival of your replacement product. In such cases we ask for your patience and understanding. Should a delay in delivery be unavoidable, you will be contacted immediately and we will keep you updated as to the progress of your replacement shipment.
In the case that the product received differs from that ordered, or arrives in a damaged or unusable state, we ask that after contacting our customer service team you return the product to us via collect postage using the shipping service specified by our team.
In the case that a postage collect service is not available to you please contact us so as we can make separate return shipping arrangements for you.
